Currently offering in-person lessons only, Jill Van Gee teaches private lessons to violists age 6 and up, and violinists ages 6-11. Drawing heavily on her own training at the Juilliard School and through study of the Suzuki Method, she aims to create a positive and individualized environment for each student and family on the journey of learning an instrument. Her students have won awards at the American Protégé International Piano & Strings Competition, the San Francisco International Innovative Open Music Competition, and have placed into CODA orchestras.
